How Do I Place an Order?

To order an item, simply click on it and add to basket and then make a payment via credit cards or PayPal account.

Is NailSpa Mart website secure?

Our website encrypts your personal credit or debit card number prior to transmission over the Internet from your computer to our server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. When do I receive my order?

We aim to process your orders within 1-2 business days and have them delivered within 3-5 business days after the shipping date. However, during our business seasons (i.e. holidays), the processing time may take up to 3 business days. Please see the following for more information about your delivery estimates – Orders placed by 3 PM MST leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days from the purchase date and arrive within 3-5 business days from the date they are shipped. Orders placed after 3 PM MST leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days from the purchase date and arrive within 3-5 business days from the date they are shipped. Once your orders have been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email of the shipment along with a tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Login to your account on www.nailspamart.com and enter your order# and email and click track order.

Why the color of polish is not the same as on my phone or computer?

Due to the computer or phone color screen, the actual shade of polish may slightly different. We recommended that you match the nail polish or dipping powder code of each bottle when ordering.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need to have an account. Simply checkout as a guest.

Can I return an item purchased from here?

Yes, you may return an item in its original package and un opened within 30 days. Customers will have to pay for return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. For more details see Returns/Store Credit page.

Can I visit your store or pick up an item?

Currently we do not have a showroom or retail outlet for walk-in customers. All products are ship from our warehouse.

Do you share my information with a 3rd party?

No, we would never do such thing to our customers. 

Do you save my credit information?

No. For safety and security reasons, we never save your credit card information.
